Client Horror Stories is the place where everyone who has a story to tell, and lessons to share from it, is welcome, regardless of their job, age, and industry.
Our guests are a compilation of very brave and passionate people who’ve decided to sit back and have an open-hearted conversation about the worst clients they’ve had in their careers. And of course, the possibility of having other people learn from their mistakes just as they did is a great plus.
Ron Reich is a Training Consultant with RLB Training and Development. Backed by a strong belief that any training event is all about the participants, 32 years of training design and delivery experience, and 12 years of human resource experience, Mr. Reich brings a unique real-world perspective to the workshops he facilitates. The key, he believes, is what you apply back on the job and how your behavior changes results in improved business results.
Mr. Reich is passionate and committed to enhancing the learning and development of his seminar participants. Having read over 400 books on leadership, management and related topics, he brings added value to the workshops by sharing relevant insights, quotes and content from this reading and because of this expertise they often seek his advice and recommendations on relevant readings for their individual growth.
One of his mantras is: “Everyone in every session deserves my best and I will be fully prepared for any session in which I’m involved.”
Mr. Reich holds a business degree and a master’s degree in human resource management.
Wes Towers is the founder of Uplift 360, a digital agency helping trade and construction brands get found and get chosen. He blends practical UX, SEO and AI to humanize websites and lift conversions. Wes is also a speaker and author of The Simple Manifesto.
Jody Durand has been a successful salesperson and sales trainer in the agricultural industry in Canada for over twenty years as well as an accomplished speaker deeply involved in his farm, family and local community. He has a passion for agriculture and people, and loves connecting the general population with the farmers who are responsible for growing and producing the food that makes it to your tables, every day. He is an accomplished Toastmaster, happy husband, proud father of four children and lucky grandfather of seven grandchildren. He lives in Scotland, Ontario with his wife Laura on a three-acre hobby farm where she owns and operates their home-based dog business called Birchview Dogs.
