Our guests are a compilation of very brave and passionate people who’ve decided to sit back and have an open-hearted conversation about the worst clients they’ve had in their careers. And of course, the possibility of having other people learn from their mistakes just as they did is a great plus.

Aleks Krylov is a seasoned serial entrepreneur who began his career on Wall Street, spending over 12 years managing portfolios with family offices. He is the founder of a fractional CFO consulting company and has been involved in taking a company public on NASDAQ through a reverse merger. Aleks Krylov has successfully started and sold a clean energy company to an international utility. He currently serves as the CEO of Stern Roofing & Gutters, a home services business in New Jersey, focusing on rainwater management and providing solutions for roofing, gutters, siding and underground drains.

Ron Reich is a Training Consultant with RLB Training and Development. Backed by a strong belief that any training event is all about the participants, 32 years of training design and delivery experience, and 12 years of human resource experience, Mr. Reich brings a unique real-world perspective to the workshops he facilitates. The key, he believes, is what you apply back on the job and how your behavior changes results in improved business results.

Mr. Reich is passionate and committed to enhancing the learning and development of his seminar participants. Having read over 400 books on leadership, management and related topics, he brings added value to the workshops by sharing relevant insights, quotes and content from this reading and because of this expertise they often seek his advice and recommendations on relevant readings for their individual growth.

Mr. Reich holds a business degree and a master’s degree in human resource management.
