Client Horror Stories is the place where everyone who has a story to tell, and lessons to share from it, is welcome, regardless of their job, age, and industry.

Our guests are a compilation of very brave and passionate people who’ve decided to sit back and have an open-hearted conversation about the worst clients they’ve had in their careers. And of course, the possibility of having other people learn from their mistakes just as they did is a great plus.

Tim Brownson is the Founder & Owner of the Fully Booked Coach. After spending eight years building up a respected and successful coaching business at adaringadventure.com, Tim pivoted in 2013 to work with coaches and helping them replicate what he had already done. He is based in wet and windy Cornwall, England, and works with coaches and therapists from all around the world.

Ed Hajim, son of a Syrian immigrant, is a veteran Wall Street executive with over 50 years of investment experience. He led major firms including Furman Selz and ING, chaired the University of Rochester board, and donated $30 million to endow its engineering school. Author of On the Road Less Traveled and The Island of the Four Ps, he also supports education, health care, arts, and conservation through his foundation.

Cordell Robinson, CEO of Brownstone Consulting Firm, is a decorated U.S. Navy veteran whose rare blend of intelligence, legal, and technical expertise has made him a standout in the cybersecurity field. Brad White is a seasoned executive business leader, with over 25 year’s experience in the C-Suite, and currently serves as the Owner and CEO of VARC Solutions (an Intuit QuickBooks and Quickbase Partner, providing custom software, accounting/bookkeeping, and business process solutions to small to medium sized businesses).

In this role, Brad is focused on strategic business growth, vision, and team leadership. He is also a trusted expert advisor and consultant, specializing in QuickBooks and Quickbase.
